First a garden reception at the German Presidents Bellevue Palace residence, followed by lunch at the old Tempelhof Airport (the airport used in west Berlin while the Berlin wall was up and now a restaurant) and in the evening, dinner followed by the presentation of the von Humbolt research awards. Very proud of Barry standing up to receive his award along with 21 others from all over the world.
It has been a very lavish and well executed couple of days with approximately 460 Humboltians and their families being hosted by the Humbolt foundation, totalling about 1400 people.
