Fleischwurst - meat sausage

A favourite food here seems to be sausage with a curry sauce.  So I decided it was time I tackled all the different "wursts" in the supermarket.  I carefully avoided blutwurst (blood sausage), bregenwurst (brain sausage), leberwurst (liver sausage), Rotwurst (black pudding) and made sure there was no mention of Pferdefleisch (horse meat).  So I chose Fleischwurst Im Ring (which I guess is meat sausage in a ring).  First problem after I get it home - is it pre-cooked or not?  Decided to cook it to make sure and had a Mango Curry sauce out of the bottle to go with it. Wasn't too bad.  I think I will try Bratwurst (fried pork sausage) next time!
